     Antonio di Cristofano earned a diploma in piano in 1986 at the Conservatory “L. Cherubini” in Florence under the guidance of Maestro Antonio Bacchelli, and has subsequently studied with Maestro Massimilano Damerini. He has performed in recital and with orchestra at prestigious Italian institutions such as the Teatro Pergolesli in Jesi, the Teatro Verdi in Florence, and the Festival of Two Worlds in Spoleto.  Antonio has performed with the North Czech Philharmonic, Istanbul Chamber Orchestra, the Orchestra of Mexico and the Philamoniquede Montreal.  After making his debut in 2006 with great success in Weil Hall in New York he has performed recently in Carnegie Hall with the New England Symphony gaining wide acceptance.  He has held Master Classes in many American universities in Colorado, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas and Florida.



José Ferreira Lobo started his professional activity in 1979 as Director of Maestro Camerata Port, chamber orchestra he founded with Madalena Sá e Costa.

Collaboration with internationally renowned soloists, has performed in numerous concerts at home and abroad. In 1992, North founded the Cultural Association, and its first project the winner of the tender for creation of Regional Orchestras, established by Portuguese state. In this context, creates the Orquestra do Norte, that is its Principal Conductor and Artistic Director.

Collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists like Krisztof Penderecki, Jose Carreras, Julia Hamari, Regis Pasquier, Katia Ricciarelli, Patricia Kopatchinskaya, Michel Lethiec, Ethers Lamoris, António Rosado, Dame Moura Linpany, Svetla Vassileva, José Lopes de Oliveira, Vincenso Bello and Fiorenza Cossotto .

Of his international career stands out the direction of opera and concert in South Africa, Brazil, Germany, China, South Korea, Cyprus, Spain, the United States, Egypt, France, Netherlands , England, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Colombia and Venezuela, collaborating with renowned orchestras such as Manchester Camerata, the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Cannes, Symphony Orchestra of Galicia, Izmir Symphony Orchestra, Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of Istanbul, Istanbul CRR Orchestra of Radio Television Orchestra of Beijing, the Claudio Santoro National Theater Symphony Orchestra, the Netherlands Radio National Orchestra, Symphony the State of Mexico Symphony Orchestra, University of Nuevo Leon, Artur Rubinstein Philharmonic - Lodz, Hermitage Orchestra of St. Petersburg, Zurich Symphony Orchestra - Tonalle, Slovak Sinfonietta, Sinfonia Varsovia, the Montevideo Philharmonic Orchestra, National Orchestra of Athens and the Seoul Classical Players.

José Ferreira Lobo appeared in some of the most important theaters of the world, including the Munich Philharmonic, Zurich Tonhale, National Opera of Cairo, at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, the Beijing Cultural Center, Teatro Solis in Montevideo, Teatro Claudio Santoro Brasilia, Teresa Carreño Theater of Caracas, Vilnius Philharmonic in Smetana hall in Prague and the Hermitage in St. Petersburg. Still played sacred music in churches of Madelaine, Paris, Catania Cathedral (Bellini Festival) and Orsanmichele in Florence. It is regularly invited to join the jury of prestigious International Competitions tables. Directed world premieres of French composers, Portuguese, Swiss and Turkish. Has a wide repertoire that encompasses the classical and the romantic, through contemporary works and thirty titles opera.

He has recorded for Radio and Television Broadcasting Radio and Radio Suisse Portuguese - Romande. With the Orquestra do Norte has recorded nine CD's.
